Like the RBC4, it is a sealed lead-acid battery with 3-5 year expected runtime that has been tested for reliability. With plug-and-play installation, both hot-swappable batteries ensure no network downtime during replacement. They complement each other by covering compatibility for a wide range of APC UPS models. The bundle lets you upgrade or extend the runtime of select Smart-UPS, Back-UPS, and Back-UPS Pro systems from APC.
