In CX+, they have paired this amazing coating to a high performance 5-ply clad-aluminum construction with brushed stainless steel exterior. The multiple layers of aluminum and stainless steel ensure rapid heat response and even distribution. Stratanium+ nonstick is bonded directly to the pan, so it doesn’t blister, peel or scrape away, even when using metal utensils. The ergonomically designed long riveted handle is easy to grasp, while the tempered glass lid is both stylish and functional, topped with Scanpan's signature style stainless steel knob.
