Accounts / HR / Admin

Accounts Executive (Corporate HQ)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare inter-company billings  in accordance to the group’s transfer pricing policy.
  • Monitor, track and prepare progress claims voucher.
  • Issue sales invoices to both local and overseas customers.
  • Daily cash collection reconciliations and bank in cheques.
  • Monitor and manage the credit risk exposure, prepare statement of account, letter of reminder, final notice and perform debtor aging analysis.
  • Liaise with external auditor on queries during financial year end auditing.
  • Able to perform payroll function including submission/renewal of work permits.
  • Any other intermittent job-related tasks or projects which may be assigned by management.

 Required Qualifications:

  • LCC1/Diploma in Accountancy.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
  • Technically competent in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word).
  • Able to speak, read and write mandarin when dealing with our China subsidiary.
  • Proficient in usage of accounting and office software (please state the software names).
  • Meticulous, attentive to details, able to work independently as well as a team player.
  • Only Singaporeans/PRs will be considered.
  • Knowledge of PRC accounting standard will be an added advantage.

Sales & Marketing

(A) Assistant Specification Manager   

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Introduce new innovative products to Architects, Developers, IDs and Contractors both
    locally and regionally.
  • New projects specified by the specification department will be rewarded accordingly.

Required Qualifications:

  • Good contacts and rapport with Architects, Developers, and IDs companies.
  • Able to sketch.
  • Some knowledge of CAD and graphics design software is essential for this position.
  • Working experience related is related to building industry.
  • Building-related graduates without working experience is also welcome to apply.
  • Potential to promote to management level within 3 years for those who perform.
  • Preferably owned a vehicle for this position.
  • Willing to accept regional assignments.

(B) Regional Sales and Marketing Professionals          (For Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines and Indonesia)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set-up, train and manage local sales and marketing team.
  • Present products to Architects, Developers, IDs and Contractors etc.
  • Approach Singapore and foreign Architects and IDs to specify the products.
  • Develop and implement Sales & Marketing strategy for the responsible region.
  • Oversee general admin and HR functions.
  • Control cost of office overheads.
  • Closely monitor customer payments and collections.
  • Constantly feedback to HQ – projects status, market trend, competition and customer needs.
  • Scrutinize and ensure contracts issued from customers is acceptable.
  • Source, negotiate pricing and work closely with suppliers and distributors.

Required Qualifications:

  • Good contacts with Architects, Developers, IDs and Contractors etc.
  • Min 2 years experience in promoting building materials.
  • At least a certificate related to building and construction.
  • Able to sketch. Proficiency in CAD software will be an added advantage.
  • Versatile, hardworking, independent, self-motivated, initiator, strong leadership and good PR skills.
  • Knowledge of neighbouring countries local languages is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of basic mandarin is an advantage.

(C) Senior Sales Positions     (For Hong Kong and Guangdong)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Formation and management of Sales & Marketing team.
  • Presentation of products to Architects, Developers, IDs and Contractors etc.
  • Convince Architects and IDs to specify and use our products.
  • Develop and implement Sales & Marketing strategy to achieve  sales quota.
  • Oversee general admin and HR functions.
  • Control cost of office overhead.
  • Closely monitor customer payments and collection.
  • Constantly feedback to HQ – project status, company financials, market trend, competition and customer needs.
  • Scrutinize and ensure contract issued to customer is acceptable.
  • Strengthen business model to smoothen existing processes.
  • Source, negotiate pricing and work closely with suppliers and distributors.
  • The job requires daily commute between Hong Kong and Shenzen.

Required Qualifications:

  • Good contacts with Architects, Developers, IDs and Contractors etc.
  • Able to sketch.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in promoting building materials.
  • At least a certificate related to building and construction.
  • Versatile, hardworking, independent, initiator, self-motivated, strong leadership and good PR skill.

(D) Sales and Marketing Positions – Residential Reno Division   

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement advertising, Sales & Marketing campaign to the ID industry.
  • Secure orders from Contractors.
  • Introduce products to Developers, Architects and Interior Designers.
  • Assist in monitoring of debtors.
  • Monitor and feedback to management projects status, market trend, competition and customer needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Have good contacts with Developers, Architects and IDs.
  • Min 2 years experience in selling building materials or in design work.
  • Preferably owned a vehicle.
  • Able to sketch. Proficiency in CAD and Graphics design software is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates from building or construction courses are welcome to apply.
  • Resourceful, hardworking, self-motivated, independent, initiator, strong leadership and good PR skill.
  • Willingness to accept regional work if opportunity arises.
  • Knowledge of basic mandarin is an advantage.

(E) Sales and Marketing Support Engineer   

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to sales and marketing dept.
  • Design newsletters, product advertisements, packaging designs and brochures.
  • Maintain current website, technical data sheets, sales and marketing literature.
  • Maintain proper storage and filing of soft/hard copies of all technical, sales and marketing material.
  • Help to prepare product samples and mock-ups
  • Willingness to accept regional work if opportunity arises.
  • Assist in distribution of marketing literature.

Required Qualifications:

  • Able to do simple sketching.
  • Working experience is related to building industry but not compulsory.
  • Proficiency in CAD and Graphics design software is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of BIM software is an advantage.
  • Able to read and understand CAD drawings.
  • Graduates without working experience is welcome to apply.
  • Hardworking, willing to learn, independent, initiator and good PR skill.
  • Fluency in reading and writing mandarin is essential.

Assistant Production Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Control factory operation and purchasing cost.
  • Minimize production material wastage.
  • Minimize inventory and maximise storage areas.
  • Set-up inventory tracking system.
  • Improve productivity.
  • Implement QC process to achieve quality standard.
  • Recruit, trained and manage production labour force.
  • Maintain safe, clean and tidy working environment.
  • Implement machinery maintenance policy.
  • Revamp old and outdated processes.
  • Oversee and duplicate changes across all overseas factories.
  • Help management to set-up production lines for future new factory.

Required Qualifications:

  • Innovative, hardworking, initiator, strong leadership and good PR skill.
  • Good in mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge in 6 Sigma methodology is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in ERP software is a big advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years in managing production lines.
  • At least a certificate related to production or engineering course. Mechanical engineering preferred.
  • Able to interpret  and sketch 2D drawings. Proficiency in CAD software preferred.
  • Knowledge of metal and plastic components production machinery.
  • Working knowledge in mandarin is compulsory.
  • Competent in using common office software.


Production Technical Executive

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality control checks on product.
  • Prepare, assemble and build product mock-up samples.
  • Monitor and maintain stock inventory of raw materials.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year working experience in construction site or factory.
  • Experience in carpentry or metal or aluminium trade preferred.
  • Able to read drawing or use common office software.
  • Friendly, hardworking, independent, matured and good time-management skill.
  • Willing to accept regional assignments.

Site / Projects

Site Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate and supervise site installation works.
  • Monitor site progress and liaise with production department on delivery of materials.
  • Track and submit installation progress for invoicing purpose.
  • Attend meetings, handle and resolve customer queries.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in construction site.
  • Experience in carpentry or metal or aluminium trade preferred.
  • Possess Class 3 driving licence, preferably with own transport.
  • Able to sketch.
  • Competent in using Microsoft office software.

Research & Development

Research & Development Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Improve and redesign existing products.
  • Design new products.
  • Source for vendors and get quotations.
  • Produce 2D and 3D product drawings.
  • Generate product installation and assembly manuals.
  • Visit job-sites to learn and study installation processes.
  • Help to build and test samples, prototypes and mock-ups.

Required Qualifications:

  • Recognised certificate related to product design or engineering.
  • Proficient in CAD/CAM software (please state software name).
  • Min 1 year experience in R&D work preferred.
  • Graduates without working experience is welcome to apply.
  • Creative and able to think-out-of-the-box, team-worker.
  • Good troubleshooting skill.
  • Basic knowledge of mandarin is an advantage.
